Two-step registration
We prioritize domestic participants (those who are studying in Japan, regardless of their nationality). The local paticipation slots are almost filled with pre-registeed people. The remaining few slots are reserved for additional domestic paricipants.
We take two-step registration.
Pre-registration (open until May 25 23:59 JST) is for domestic participants only. We intend to collect information to better organize the workshop. We will survey the volume of the participants, their experience of cloudy, and their interests of group work topics.
Pre-registration is not mandatory. It does not guarantee anything. You can cancel any time.
We have a limited number of participants and domestic travel support. Those who pre-register are prioritized in the registration order. Please pre-register early to increase your chance.
Full-registration is for the final registration for the workshop. We request all to full-register, including those who pre-registered.
For those who participlate remotely entirely, please full-register with Full-registration (remote) by Aug 3. If you are participating on site fully or partially, please full-register with Full-registration (local) by Jul 7. The zoom link will be informed to those who registerd by the start of the meeting.

For the fill-regustration (local), you need to do two homeworks beforehand.
2-(1) Create a slide in PDF for the "elevator talks".
2-(2) Your photo and a paragraph describing your research interest for the photo album.
